Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of current Florida Litigation experience.
• 7 years of current Federal Litigation experience.
• Prior litigation paralegal or legal secretary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review emails for docketing necessity.
• Make informed decisions on calendar entries.
• Communicate with case teams for necessary information.
• Maintain and improve calendaring processes.

Skills

Substantial experience computing deadlines

Strong knowledge of litigation processes

Strong critical thinking skills

Ability to research and analyze issues

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
