Job summary

Lithia & Driveway seeks a detail-oriented DMS Specialist to support dealership operations remotely (PST hours). You will activate, process, and cancel vehicle service contracts, and contribute to accounting tasks while delivering reliable customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in accounting or dealership administration, solid Excel/ServiceNow skills, and accuracy in high-volume tasks. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounting, dealership admin, or contract processing.
• Experience with reconciliations, GL, AP/AR.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and business systems.
• Ability to research and resolve issues independently.
• Experience reviewing contracts and financial documents.

Responsibilities

• Activate, process, and cancel vehicle service product contracts.
• Provide timely customer service and issue resolution.
• Manage ServiceNow inquiries and phone support.
• Complete accounting and reconciliation tasks, including bank reconciliations and GL processing.
• Review cancellation packets and claims for accuracy.
• Support product provider submissions and reporting requirements.
• Assist cross-training, backup coverage, and junior team development.
• Participate in department projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
