Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Dealership Accountant for the Dallas Accounting Processing Center. This on-site role supports centralized financial operations, handling general ledger postings, reconciliations, and vendor invoicing to ensure accurate dealership accounting across the network.

You will report to the Accounting Manager in a collaborative environment, with growth opportunities as you develop accounting skills in a stable, Fortune 500 company that values accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Accounting knowledge (e.g., COA, debits/credits) or an Accounting degree.
• Research and resolve variances.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger posting of new and used car deals.
• Schedule reviews and maintenance.
• Process vendor invoices.
• Account for manufacturer monies.
• Perform RDR and rebate reconciliations.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

You will report to the Accounting Manager. Your goal will be to provide the best possible service to our other teams that we support from our centralized location. This a full-time onsite office role in Dallas. You will work in a structured environment with opportunity to grow your accounting skills.

Location: 14900 Landmark Blvd. Dallas, TX. 75254

Compensation Range: $35,000-55,000, with a typical starting range of $21.00-24.00/hr. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
