Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Dealership Accountant at the Dallas Accounting Processing Center in Dallas, TX. This full-time onsite role reports to the Accounting Manager and focuses on accurate financial operations across our centralized team.

You will support multiple dealerships with general ledger posting, reconciliations, and vendor invoice processing. The position requires 1+ years of accounting experience, knowledge of COA concepts, and strong Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• 1+ years accounting knowledge (e.g., COA, debits/credits) or an Accounting degree.
• Ability to research and resolve variances.
• Entry to mid-level Microsoft Excel and Office skills.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger Posting of New & Used Car Deals.
• Schedule reviews and maintenance.
• Account processing of vendor invoices.
• Accounting for manufacturer monies.
• RDR & Rebate Reconciliations.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation Range

$35,000-55,000, with a typical starting range of $21.00-24.00/hr. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
