Job summary

IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a DLP Platform Engineer to design, implement, and mature enterprise DLP and CASB controls across IDEXX collaboration and user platforms, including M365 and Box.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, ensure safe exfiltration coverage, and work closely with security and IT teams. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes how to deliver effective controls at scale, tune policies, and establish metrics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field.
• 5-7+ years in security engineering or data protection.
• US-based, remote with EST time preference.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of DLP/CASB across M365 and Box, including rollout and deployment readiness.
• Translate data classification requirements into high-confidence DLP policies and tune them for quality.
• Integrate DLP alerts and telemetry into SOC workflows (SIEM, case management).
• Collaborate with Data Security/IT teams to align policy design with enterprise patterns.
• Expand DLP coverage across channels and SaaS applications over time.
