Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a DLP Platform Engineer to design and mature enterprise DLP and CASB controls across IDEXX's collaboration platforms, including M365 and Box. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on delivering DLP capabilities at scale with measurable impact.

You will partner with security and IT teams to implement policies, tune classifiers, integrate with the SOC, and expand coverage while minimizing user friction. Remote US role with EST time preference.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of security engineering, data protection, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise DLP/CASB solutions.
• Location: 100% remote in the US, EST time zone preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of CASB/DLP across M365 and Box, with phased rollout.
• Define and implement policy lifecycle aligned to business risk and adoption goals.
• Define detection models for IDEXX‑relevant data types and coverage of exfiltration paths.
• Integrate DLP alerts and telemetry into the SOC toolchain to enable triage and escalation.
• Collaborate with Data Security Program Lead and IT platform teams to deliver roadmap milestones.
