Job summary

Daybreak Health is hiring a Customer Success Manager who will own a portfolio of 50+ school districts, ensuring fast launches, smooth operation, and ongoing referrals. You’ll work with counselors, social workers, and school admins to equip them with tools and training, using AI to automate repetitive tasks.

This role emphasizes scalable onboarding, staff training, adoption campaigns, data analysis, and proactive engagement per district, with autonomy to tailor strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding districts and campuses.
• Ability to run staff trainings for adult learners.
• Experience executing adoption and engagement campaigns.
• Strong project management across multiple launches.
• Data analysis and simple modeling for pacing and capacity.
• Independent technical troubleshooting with minimal guidance.
• Practical AI fluency for drafting, analysis, and pattern spotting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead district onboarding, staff activation, and dashboard training.
• Troubleshoot account access, submissions, and scope questions with white-glove support.
• Run trainings and info sessions to drive adoption.
• Build capacity models to flag risk before delays.
• Set district support strategy with autonomy on approach.
• Execute campaigns: campus visits, emails, webinars, data-driven interventions.
• Find ways to reach teachers and parents beyond counselors.
• Monitor leading indicators and elevate signals to prevent delays.
• Document district data in shared tools to compound team impact.
• Use AI to build personalized training decks and district talk tracks.
• Review activation pacing and referral trends with AI to focus on districts needing help.
• Share learnings at weekly GTM meetings with AI fluency as a practice.
