Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industrial sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related sales experience.
• Technical proficiency with the ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
• CRM experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Travel up to 50% with overnight/extended travel.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and legal work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets in Factory Automation markets.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline focusing on new customer acquisition and closings.
• Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competition.
• Engage channel partners and manage joint business plans to grow market share.
• Maintain relationships with key factory automation customers and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts; participate in budgeting.
• Develop product knowledge in pneumatic and electric motion control and present demonstrations.
