Job summary

Valto is seeking a District Sales Manager (Mid Atlantic) who will operate remotely, based in the Philadelphia or Baltimore metro area. The role requires 5 years of sales experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.

You will develop district plans, drive revenue, and coordinate with partners and customers across PA/NJ/MD. The DSM will travel up to 50% and work independently to meet quarterly targets, aligning with regional teams to expand market share and

5 years professional selling experience.
Overnight travel up to 50%.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic district sales plan by customer, product, and geography.
Drive market share gains and revenue growth across the territory.
Collaborate with Regional Specification Manager to drive product specifications.
Service all distribution customers in district with customer service support.
Lead new product introductions through presentations and promotions.
Maintain active customer communications and weekly Salesforce reports.
