Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Peoria, IL area to lead dealer networks and drive growth across the district. Candidates should have a strong agronomic background and proven sales success with dealers and customers.

You will plan district strategies, coordinate with agronomy teams, and coach dealers to improve performance. This remote position supports travel within the Corn Belt region as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales with a strong agronomic background.
• Ability to plan and execute business plans and drive results.
• Apply agronomic expertise to support dealers and customers.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share and win new customers across the district.
• Lead dealer network, recruiting and onboarding for long-term success.
• Coordinate with agronomy for product evaluation and positioning.
• Own district forecasts and budgets; lead local sales meetings.
• Provide dealer coaching and product knowledge development; run plots with dealers.
