Vylor, Inc. seeks a Pioneer Territory Manager to lead sales in Iowa counties, driving growth and customer partnerships. You will recruit and coach a field team, set targets, and coordinate with agents for on-farm calls to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience with coaching and leadership responsibility.
• Agronomy or crop production knowledge preferred; ability to travel in rural areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing sales team of Pioneer Agents in designated counties.
• Develop and execute a five-year growth plan with clear targets and tactics.
• Build relationships, negotiate effectively, and support on-farm sales calls.
