Allstar Services in Fairfax, VA is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a high-performing outside sales team across our roofing and home improvement divisions. You will recruit, hire, train, and coach reps to meet and exceed revenue targets while aligning with marketing and production to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role combines field leadership with strategic planning, requiring hands-on coaching, regular ride-alongs, and strong CRM/data analysis.

Formación

• 1+ year of outside sales management experience in roofing/exterior remodeling/home improvement
• Experience leading a team of 6+ sales reps in a one-call-close environment
• Proven success in leading a sales team and exceeding revenue goals
• Strong knowledge of roofing products, residential construction, and home services
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems, data tracking, and performance analysis
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your district

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outside sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top sales talent to maintain staffing levels.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings to review KPIs, goals, and pipeline activity.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to elevate team effectiveness.
• Participate in at least 10 customer presentations per month to maintain market presence.
• In-field ride-alongs for on-the-job coaching and process compliance.
• Support reps during customer calls for programs and QA.
• Maintain CRM activity and timely sales reports/forecasts.
• Partner with Marketing and Production to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Set clear, measurable sales objectives and prepare forecasts.
