Job summary

Allstar Services is seeking a Recruiter to own proactive sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles across our national family of residential roofing and exterior remodeling brands. Your primary focus will be hiring Sales Managers, Regional Operations Leaders, and General Managers who can build teams, improve performance, and support business growth.

This is an individual contributor role with fully remote work and direct partnership with hiring leaders and our centralized Talent

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting leadership experience.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience owning full-cycle leadership searches.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted search strategies for leadership roles.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn and direct outreach.
• Screen for leadership accomplishments and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and start dates.
• Partner with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition to deliver qualified talent.
