General Motors seeks a Team Lead to head a distributed Remote District Parts & Service group supporting remote dealers across parts, service, and aftersales. You will connect field leaders with cross-functional partners to remove obstacles, improve dealer performance, and deliver a consistent customer experience.

You will use data to set priorities and develop team capabilities for broader leadership roles.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or management or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of automotive retail, service, or related field operations experience.
• Experience leading distributed teams and cross-functional programs.
• Ability to translate data into prioritized action to improve dealer outcomes.
• Understanding of dealer operations, service/parts processes, and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a distributed Remote District Parts & Service team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Own the remote-dealer coverage strategy for larger, higher-opportunity dealers.
• Collaborate with Zone/District managers and cross-functional partners to improve dealer outcomes.
• Translate dealer/customer data into prioritized action plans to boost service and parts results.
• Establish triage, escalation, and follow-up processes with dealers and field staff.
• Build proactive dealer engagement via virtual consultations and targeted outreach.
• Surface dealer pain points, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective action.
• Provide coaching and career development while tracking performance metrics.
