Job summary

General Motors LLC in Texas is seeking a District Manager, Parts and Service to lead aftersales performance across a defined region. You will partner with dealer leadership to execute Customer Care & Aftersales programs and grow revenue.

You will analyze dealership performance, develop annual business plans, and lead dealer contact processes to improve customer satisfaction and service lane traffic. This role requires up to 50% travel within the territory and relocation within 60 days if needed;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Service, or Operations with a proven revenue track record.
• Strong automotive service operations knowledge and customer experience focus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership of district performance across Revenue, Retention and Experience.
• Act as trusted advisor to dealer leadership and drive revenue growth.
• Lead dealer contact processes and analyze marketing/merchandising strategies.
• Develop and execute annual business plans using data-driven insights.
• Resolve aftersales customer concerns through established centers and processes.
• Monitor KPIs such as NPS, sales reporting, and STS compliance.
