Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Service, or Operations with revenue growth.
• Automotive industry knowledge and customer experience management preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership of district performance across revenue and customer experience.
• Advise dealer leadership and align with GM CCA programs.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve KPIs through program execution.
• Lead dealer contact processes and prioritize GM objectives.
• Analyze dealership marketing and service traffic to propose improvements.
• Develop annual business plans using data-driven insights.
