• Promote dealer parts sales initiatives and develop marketing plans aligned with standards.
• Regularly meet end customers with dealer teams to assess needs and service levels.
• Coordinate training and liaise between headquarters IT and dealer staff.
• Support communication improvements between dealers and corporate offices.
• Elevate dealer sales effectiveness by deploying DTNA sales programs.
• Manage a $100 million territory across ~21 locations.
