IXL Learning is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to support districts in Hampton Roads, Virginia. You will guide districts through IXL implementation, deliver professional development, and monitor progress with district leaders.

The role requires a K-12 education background, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel locally for on-site PD and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Experience delivering PD to K-12 settings is essential.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to interpret data and develop implementation plans.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an implementation expert supporting large, complex districts with IXL implementation.
• Partner with district leaders to create and implement a PD plan aligned to goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers for consistent implementation.
• Travel within Hampton Roads, VA for PD delivery and district meetings (40–60% local travel).
• Collaborate with Sales to manage relationships and support districts piloting IXL.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions to drive engagement and usage.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and plan next steps.
