IXL Learning, a leader in personalized learning, seeks a District Partnership Specialist to guide Colorado districts through implementation and professional development. You will engage district leaders, design tailored PD plans, and monitor progress to ensure successful adoption of IXL tools.

The role emphasizes strong presentation, data-driven planning, and building lasting district relationships, with substantial travel within Colorado to support schools and educators.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required for the role.
• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• MUST have school or district admin experience or equivalent PD delivery to these audiences.
• Experience leading district or school instructional initiatives or curriculum adoptions.
• Strong data interpretation and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as implementation expert for large districts with IXL.
• Collaborate with Colorado district leaders to design PD plans aligned to goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers.
• Travel within Colorado to deliver PD and hands-on support (40%–60%).
• Partner with Sales to manage customer relationships and pilot opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD to drive engagement and usage.
• Analyze data to guide decision-making and next steps.
