Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support districts in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. As a trusted consultant, you’ll guide districts through every stage of implementation, ensuring a clear plan aligned to district goals and initiatives.

You’ll deliver professional development, meet with district and school leaders, analyze data, and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.

Qualifications

• K-12 educator with 5+ years delivering professional development.
• Experience as a school or district administrator or extensive PD delivery to these audiences.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Analytical, strategic thinker who can interpret data and plan implementation.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage teachers and administrators.
• Strong interpersonal, organized, and proactive with multi-project management.
• Self-starter with passion for improving education through technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an IXL implementation expert for large districts.
• Partner with district leaders to develop and execute a PD plan aligned to goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers.
• Travel locally 40–60% for on-site sessions and school visits.
• Collaborate with Sales to manage district relationships and piloting opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD to boost engagement and usage.
• Analyze data to drive decisions and plan next steps.
