Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a District Business Manager to lead the Surgical Vision district across multiple states. The role requires strong leadership, a track record in sales, and deep knowledge of cataract products.

The position is remote with a preferred residence in Denver, Phoenix, or Salt Lake City. The DBM will own the district's business strategy, manage a diverse sales team, and drive quota attainment while coordinating with cross-functional partners to advance innovative

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant business experience with leadership capabilities.
• Ophthalmology/Capital Equipment sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the US Cataract and Refractive franchise for AMO within the district.
• Manage a team of Account Executives, Capital Sales Specialists and other roles with dotted-line oversight.
• Hire, train, and retain a high-caliber sales team and consistently meet quota.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to achieve district goals and share innovative ideas with leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of cataract surgery products and portfolio.
