Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a District Business Manager to lead the Surgical Vision sales district across multiple Western states. The role focuses on Cataract and Refractive franchises, with a remote work setup and preferred residency in Denver, Phoenix, or Salt Lake City.

The DBM will drive business strategy, build strong partner relationships, and develop a high-caliber sales team to meet quota and organizational goals. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent is required.
• US Armed Forces veteran with E6 pay grade or higher is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the US Cataract and Refractive franchise for AMO in the district geography.
• Lead a complex team including Account Executives, Capital Sales Specialists, Premium Practice Specialists, and Key Account Executives.
• Hire, train and retain a high-caliber sales team.
• Achieve and maintain quota while advancing related goals for J&J Vision.
• Coordinate efforts of various specialists to reach common objectives.
• Travel up to 60% (overnight/weekends) as needed.
