Job summary

Chevrolet is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead dealer partnerships across the California Coast and Hawaii. You will drive revenue growth by coaching dealer leadership, optimizing inventory, and executing GM programs across trucks, SUVs, and EV offerings.

You’ll analyze performance, forecast demand, and coordinate with dealerships to launch new products and initiatives while traveling extensively within the territory. A strong sales background and relocation readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and at least 2+ years in Sales, Marketing, or related fields with a proven revenue growth record.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and reporting tools; experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization; Google Workspace preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within the territory and to relocate if needed; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between GM and dealerships to drive performance and align with business objectives.
• Provide consultative coaching to dealership leadership to improve operations and hit sales goals.
• Analyze dealership performance, market conditions, and customer satisfaction to identify opportunities and drive actions.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, IAM, and GM stakeholders to launch products and initiatives.
• Forecast, order, allocate, and stabilize inventory with dealerships; coach on GM allocation and vehicle ordering systems.
• Track commitments, provide follow-up, and ensure timely execution of action plans.
• Drive adoption and sales of GM vehicles and services through territory-specific business plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dealer concerns and improve customer experience.
• Travel throughout the territory to assess operations and ensure GM program execution.
