Job summary

Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. is seeking a District Parts & Service Manager II to drive dealer success across the Northeast U.S. and parts of Canada. You will partner with dealerships to evaluate performance, lead improvements, and align teams to enhance service quality and business results.

Located within the district, this remote role requires 50-75% travel, strong communication, and data-driven decision making to develop district strategies and meet AOP targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5-7 years in parts/service management, operations, or customer support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with dealers and customers.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills for dealer agreements.
• Travel 50-75% within the district; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the assigned District including market potential.
• Collaborate with dealerships to ensure quality experiences and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships to achieve common goals.
• Manage day-to-day activities, plans, goals, and resources.
• Communicate needs to relevant departments; support annual district strategies.
• Drive district parts sales and stocking to meet AOP targets.
• Promote parts and service programs and advise staff on maintenance.
• Assist new dealerships with establishing parts/service departments.
• Provide support during dealer terminations as needed.
• Engage with dealers and customers to resolve complaints and gather feedback.
