Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking a District Parts & Service Manager (DPSM) to support dealer networks and drive performance across Honda/Acura service operations. This role requires relocation to the Seattle area with reporting to the Zone 5 office in Centennial, CO.

The DPSM will monitor dealer performance, support Express/Accelerated service initiatives, and mentor dealership staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of auto parts and service wholesale and/or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between American Honda Motor Company, Inc. and Honda/Acura dealerships.
• Identify gaps between objectives and dealer performance in customer satisfaction and service times.
• Develop and follow up action plans; participate in Honda/Acura programs and training.
