Job summary

Bonterra Organic Estates, part of Viña Concha y Toro USA, seeks a District Manager in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area to grow the VCT-USA portfolio across independent retail and on-premise channels. The role is remote/home-based with extensive field driving and about 10–15% overnight travel.

You will lead sales activation, build key retailer relationships, partner with distributors, and drive market share through strategic execution and CRM analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field is required.
• 2–5 years of progressive sales experience in wine & spirits/beverage industry or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in alcohol beverage industry sales and account management.
• Experience with wholesalers/distributors and key accounts.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to be insured.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for market-level sales activation and driving key brand programs.
• Build strong relationships with top retail accounts, local chains, and on-premise decision‑makers.
• Develop relationships with distributor teams to multiply efforts and gain share of mind.
• Provide market performance recaps and identify execution gaps.
• Achieve sales, distribution, depletion, and market share objectives.
• Develop target account lists and execution plans to drive distribution and sales growth.
• Present sales programs, pricing initiatives and promotions to customers and distributors.
• Monitor account execution including pricing, distribution, and promotions and ensure compliance.
• Utilize CRM systems, reporting tools and sales analytics.
