Job summary

Bronco Wine Company is seeking a full-time Chain Merchandiser to cover the Santa Rosa territory. This remote/field-based role services assigned retail accounts, builds displays, and ensures proper product placement and pricing across CWOC Wine, Spirit, and Beer lines.

You will travel 80-90% of the time, lifting up to 50 lbs, and must reside near Napa, Sonoma, Santa Rosa, or San Rafael. A high school diploma and valid license are required, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Travel requirements 80-90% of the time.
• Alcohol-related conduct and licensing fitness required.

Responsibilities

• Call on assigned accounts and develop knowledge of key department buyers and store management.
• Sell and build product displays in all assigned accounts.
• Service DSD accounts weekly with shelf product and display orders.
• Maintain stock levels and prevent out-of-stock conditions.
• Place and maintain current POS materials and price signs.
• Ensure products are priced and placed correctly in locations.
