Job summary

Salted is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple kitchen locations across the United States. You will partner with regional leadership to hire, coach, and develop Kitchen Managers, while driving operational excellence and profitability.

You will travel regularly to assigned markets, monitor compliance with food safety standards and company policies, and push initiatives to improve customer experiences and team performance.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in kitchen operations, hospitality and customer service.
• 2+ years multi-unit leadership experience managing 4+ locations.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly, up to 75% of the work week.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop Kitchen Managers and other leaders.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development; support succession planning.
• Oversee daily operations and audits across multiple kitchen locations.
• Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, labor and food cost.
• Ensure compliance with policies, food safety standards, and customer experience goals.
