Job summary

MoonBowls is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple kitchen locations in the United States. The role requires strong leadership skills and at least 5 years of management experience in the restaurant industry.

This position involves a performance-based salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 and offers benefits including unlimited PTO and a 401k plan. Travelers will need to manage various markets with up to 75% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant or kitchen management experience.
• Strong foundation in kitchen operations and customer service.
• Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience managing 4 or more locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple kitchen locations.
• Partner with Regional Director to hire, coach, and develop Kitchen Managers.
• Support succession planning and talent development across assigned kitchens.
