Job summary

Peerless Pump Company (a Grundfos subsidiary) seeks a District Sales Manager for Fire to grow fire protection market share across a defined US territory. You will drive revenue with OEMs, national accounts and distribution partners while representing the brand at every touchpoint.

You have 3+ years in fire protection or related sales, a technical understanding of pumps or fire controllers, and are willing to travel about 30%. Remote work is supported nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical or commercial field.
• 3+ years of sales experience in fire protection or related industry.
• Technical knowledge of pumps, fire controllers, or similar products.
• Willingness to travel ~30% and valid U.S. passport.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by delivering sales excellence to OEMs and distribution partners.
• Develop and execute territory plans to increase market share.
• Assess channels, manage partner performance and conflicts.
• Deliver product training across sales channels; ensure brand consistency.
• Lead demand-shaping programs, lead time initiatives, and customer communications.
• Maintain CRM data, forecast using Peerless Express, and report with PowerBI, SAP, and Salesforce.
