Job summary

Grundfos seeks a District Sales Manager for Fire to grow Peerless Pump fire business across a defined territory, engaging OEMs, national accounts, and distributors while representing the brand. Remote work is supported and travel is required to cover regional partners.

You will expand market share with territory plans, deliver product training, and leverage CRM tools to forecast and report, while maintaining customer relationships and ensuring sales excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in fire protection or related industries.
• Technical knowledge of pumps, fire controllers, or similar products.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Valid U.S. passport and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Grow Peerless Pump revenue by providing sales excellence to direct accounts and distribution partners.
• Develop territory plans using the Grundfos Territory Planning Model to increase market share.
• Assess distribution channels, evaluate partner performance, and manage channel conflict.
• Deliver training on Peerless Pump products, applications, and sales processes to all levels of the sales channel.
• Lead implementation of demand-shaping programs and lead-time initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, develop forecasts using Peerless Express, and report on activities and expenses using PowerBI, SAP, and Salesforce.
