Job summary
Peerless Pump Company, a Grundfos subsidiary, seeks a District Sales Manager for Fire to drive market share growth through OEMs, national accounts, and distribution partners. You will lead territory strategies, deliver expert product knowledge, and foster strong partner relationships while representing the brand.
Remote role across the United States; travel up to ~30%. You will train partners, manage forecasts, and execute demand programs with data-driven CRM tools to ensure measurable growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial discipline or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of sales experience in fire protection or related industry with proven results.
- Technical knowledge of pumps, fire controllers, or related products; ability to travel ~30%.
Responsibilities
- Grow revenue by providing sales excellence to direct accounts and distribution partners.
- Develop and execute a territory plan using the Grundfos Territory Planning Model to increase market share.
- Assess channels, evaluate partner performance, and manage channel conflict.
- Deliver training on products, applications, and sales processes across the channel.
- Maintain CRM data, develop forecasts, and report activities using PowerBI, SAP, and Salesforce.
