IXL Learning is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support mid-size districts in Texas. This full-time remote role requires travel to districts across Texas, delivering high-quality professional development and partnering with educators to ensure a successful IXL implementation.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS, 5+ years of K-12 teaching experience, and demonstrated instructional coaching or edtech PD expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• 5+ years of K-12 teaching experience.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions.
• Travel regionally to support districts (up to 60%).
• Analyze data to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales on pilots and pre-sales opportunities.
