Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join the Professional Learning team and support mid-size districts in Texas. This full-time remote role supports districts to ensure a successful IXL implementation, delivering high-quality professional development, leading data reviews, and aligning district initiatives with IXL tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting; instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech PD experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience providing professional development.
• Experience supporting district implementations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts.
• Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation.
• Travel regionally to support assigned districts, including facilitating in-person professional development and conducting quarterly visits — up to 60% possible travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
• Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps.
• Partner with the Sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships, including supporting districts piloting IXL and other pre-sales opportunities.
