Job summary

IXL Learning seeks an Implementation Specialist to join the Professional Learning team and support mid-size districts in Texas. You will partner with district leaders to ensure successful IXL implementation and provide high-quality professional development.

You’ll travel regionally (up to 60% during back-to-school season) to deliver live and virtual sessions, analyze usage data, and guide districts from adoption to sustained use of IXL.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional coaching or school leadership, and edtech PD is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting district implementations is strongly preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts
• Travel regionally to support assigned districts, including facilitating in-person professional development and quarterly visits — up to 60% travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL
• Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps
• Partner with the Sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships, including supporting districts piloting IXL and other pre-sales opportunities

IXL Learning, a developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support mid-size districts in Texas. At IXL Learning, professional learning is more than delivering training; it’s about partnering with educators to transform teaching and learning in their classrooms, schools, and districts. As an Implementation Specialist, you will support mid-size districts to ensure a successful IXL implementation. You’ll serve as a reliable partner and IXL expert, sharing practical strategies for using IXL to advance their district initiatives, delivering high-quality professional development, leading data reviews, and supporting strategic planning. Through your work, you’ll help districts move from adoption to consistent, effective use of IXL that drives student growth.

The ideal candidate is a polished communicator and engaging presenter with experience in instructional coaching or school leadership, and is excited to travel to support districts throughout Texas.

This is a full-time remote position for candidates living in Texas.
