Job summary

IXL Learning seeks an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Learning team in Texas. You will support mid-size districts, deliver high-quality professional development, and travel regionally to implement IXL across campuses.

The ideal candidate is an organized educator with instructional coaching or school leadership experience, strong presentation skills, and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators. This is a full-time remote role for Texas residents.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree.
• 5+ years of K-12 teaching experience; instructional coaching or edtech PD experience preferred.
• 2+ years of professional development experience.
• Experience supporting district implementations preferred.
• Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude.
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter with a passion for improving education through technology.
• Must live near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts.
• Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation.
• Travel regionally to support assigned districts, including facilitating in-person professional development and quarterly visits – up to 60% travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% remainder of the year.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
• Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps.
• Partner with the Sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships, including supporting districts piloting IXL and other pre-sales opportunities.
