Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of industry experience.
- 2–5 years of previous management or lead experience.
- Diabetes, endocrinology, medical device, or specialty healthcare experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing district team.
- Coach and mentor Territory Business Managers to maximize performance.
- Develop and execute district business plans to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
- Lead field execution across healthcare stakeholders including endocrinology and primary care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies and improve customer experience.
