Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned engineer to join the Capacity Growth Office as part of the Distributed Work team. You will lead migration planning, readiness, and performance tracking for enterprise‑wide initiatives.

The role requires strong cross‑functional leadership, risk management, and the ability to align engineering, supply chain, security, and programs to executable plans. Travel up to 35% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required.
• Ten years of technical and functional leadership in operations, supply chain, or engineering.
• PM/Lean/Six Sigma/ERP planning certifications preferred.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects in a matrixed environment.
• Experience identifying risks and driving readiness and change management.
• Ability to prepare leadership briefings and KPI reports.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements across programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day execution of distributed work projects, including migration planning and readiness.
• Use data‑driven insights to support migration decisions.
• Develop integrated schedules and manage cross‑functional dependencies.
• Coordinate requirements, timelines, and risks with multiple functions.
