Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manager of Cloud Infrastructure Services & Projects to lead a team of Cloud System Administrators and Cloud Systems Lead. You will direct cloud-related initiatives, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment with security standards and enterprise roadmaps.

The role requires strong leadership, program management, and collaboration across remote teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable cloud capabilities. Remote work is supported with travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in MIS, CS, engineering or STEM; or 14 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
Experience leading technical teams in enterprise cloud, infrastructure, or systems operations.
Proven ability to manage tickets, change control, and service management processes.

Responsibilities

Lead cloud systems team, set priorities, and drive delivery of operational and project work.
Direct cloud projects, migrations, security hardening, and compliance initiatives.
Partner with Cloud Systems Lead for daily operations and 24x7 support.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to align with business goals and roadmaps.
Maintain transparent project documentation, workflows, and cost reporting.
