Job summary

RTX is seeking an accomplished engineer for the CGO Engineering Distributed Work team to deliver capacity at the right time and in the right way. You will lead cross‑functional projects, coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and security, and provide KPI updates and status briefings to leadership.

The role requires a DoD clearable background, strong program management, and experience standardizing processes across large organizations. Travel up to 35% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 10+ years in technical leadership across engineering, operations, or supply chain.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Experience identifying risks, building mitigations, and executing change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of distributed work projects, including migration planning, readiness, and performance tracking.
• Use data-driven insights on capability, capacity, and performance to support work migration decisions.
• Develop integrated schedules, manage cross-functional dependencies, and define work packages.
• Partner across CGO, Programs, Functions, and Corporate to align requirements, infrastructure, timelines, and risks.
