The Raytheon Capacity Growth Office (CGO) is establishing a dedicated team to support enterprise‑wide Distributed Work initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating work migration, enabling capacity expansion, and ensuring successful project execution across programs, functions, and sites. The position requires strong cross‑functional leadership, risk management, project planning fluency, and the ability to integrate business, engineering, and operational dependencies into executable plans.
The CGO is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking engineer to serve as a member of the CGO Engineering Distributed Work team, in direct support of the CGO's mission to deliver the right capacity at the right time and in the right way.
The ideal candidate brings strong engineering leadership experience, a track record of executing and standardizing processes across large organizations, and the ability to coordinate solutions across engineering, supply chain, digital technology, security, programs, and customer partners.
