  • Provide clear communication, status reporting, KPI tracking, and leadership updates.
  • Use planning tools, earned value tactics, and analytics to support capacity assessments, operational readiness, and data‑based migration decisions.
  • Capture lessons learned to refine distributed work processes and drive scalable improvements aligned with the CGO’s capacity strategy.

Travel up to 35% to engage with stakeholders, support initiatives, and ensure alignment across sites.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related STEM discipline
  • Minimum ten (10) years of previous experience with technical and functional leadership in operations, supply chain, systems, hardware, or multidisciplinary engineering organizations
  • Certification in program/project management, Lean/Six Sigma, planning/scheduling, or ERP systems
  • Experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects with competing priorities in a matrixed environment across engineering, operations, supply chain, DT, cyber/security, real estate, and workforce planning.
  • Experience identifying risks, build mitigations, drive readiness, and execute structured change management approaches.
  • Experience preparing leadership‑level briefings, KPIs, and status reports using analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience interpreting system data to support decisions.
  • Experience leading or supporting operational improvement initiatives, workflow optimization, or business transformations by building relationships, influencing without authority, and managing stakeholders across programs and functions.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Advanced degree in Business, MBA preferred (in process acceptable)
  • Experience in commercial and defense sectors
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, materials, and capacity in support of large programs/projects.
  • Leadership in production control, infrastructure, or supply chain execution with a focus on risk mitigation and system optimization.
