Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Dispatcher to join our team. This full-time role supports customers by assigning the right technician, prioritizing urgent calls, and keeping clients informed on progress.

The Dispatcher will work in a fast-paced environment, ensure accurate information flow to field teams, and participate in ongoing training to grow professionally. Background checks and drug screening are standard for employment.

Qualifications

• 9 months experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR check.
• Proficient with IT systems, phone systems, and CRM software; strong typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job.
• Learn the business and prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
• Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
• Record and report the service calls.
• Provide one-on-one training of new dispatchers.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician's progress.

Job Type: Full-Time / Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-8:00pm
