Job summary

UtiliQuest, LLC is seeking a Dispatcher to manage technician schedules, dispatch orders, and coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and other departments in Visalia, CA. You will track work status, update records, and ensure timely completion of service requests.

Requirements include at least a high school diploma or GED, US work authorization, one year of dispatch experience preferred, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• At least one year of previous dispatch experience is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Basic computer skills is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize technician schedules, tasks and quotas to efficiently meet customer needs
• Dispatch orders, messages, and special instructions to technicians and other departments
• Track work status, provide updates, and accelerate issues as necessary
• Create, manage, and close tickets while updating logs as needed
• Handle and process data from multiple sources
• Create maps, upload permits, and handle related documentation
• Keep records of service calls and work orders
• Monitor and respond to customer and technician communications to resolve scheduling or service conflicts
• Other duties as assigned
