UtiliQuest, LLC is seeking a qualified Dispatcher to manage technician schedules, dispatch orders, and coordinate communications among customers, technicians, and other departments. You will track work status, update logs, and ensure timely completion of service requests.

Qualifications

• Three requirements: strong written and oral communication, practical dispatch experience, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize technician schedules, tasks and quotas to efficiently meet customer needs
• Dispatch orders, messages, and special instructions to technicians and other departments
• Track work status, provide updates, and escalate as needed
• Create, manage, and close tickets while updating logs as needed
• Handle and process data from multiple sources
• Create maps, upload permits, and handle related documentation
• Keep records of service calls and work orders
• Monitor and respond to customer and technician communications to resolve scheduling or service conflicts
• Other duties as assigned
