You will monitor real-time status, adjust plans as needed, and act as the liaison between technicians, customers, and office staff.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and teamwork. Eligible candidates will handle payments on installs and participate in cross-training as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry.

• Typing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians to service calls.
• Answer inbound calls from customers.
• Check in equipment and packages at the warehouse.
• Call customers to schedule installation of new equipment.
• Take payments on installs and apply them to jobs.
• Communicate with technicians, customers, and office staff.
• Adjust schedules to maintain efficient service delivery.
• Perform other duties, including cross-training.
