Job summary

TridentCare in Horsham, PA is seeking a Dispatcher to join our administrative team. This is a remote position with the requirement to reside within 50 miles of the Horsham office at 115 Gibraltar Road.

The shift is Sunday & Monday 10:00am - 6:30pm, with Tuesday & Saturday off. The role involves handling client calls, managing queues, coaching and monitoring agents, and coordinating with field supervisors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• Minimum one year Dispatcher experience.

Responsibilities

• Taking client calls and handling account issues when applicable.
• Monitors queue activity to ensure all available agents are signed in and ready to take a call.
• Assists in coaching and development sessions providing feedback.
• Notifying area managers of issues arising from tech or dispatcher errors.
• Sends updated Attendance notifications to the leadership team.
• Maintains discipline and order in the work environment.
• Solicits other departments for assistance when volume is high.
