Job summary

Qualifications

• Dispatcher experience: minimum one year.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Remote role within 50 miles of Horsham office (PA 19044) and ability to work evenings/weekends as shift requires.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with integrity and accountability.
• Document escalations and report unresolved problems to supervisors.
• Notify area managers of issues due to tech/dispatcher errors or facility complaints.
• Handle client calls and account issues as they arise.
• Monitor queue activity to ensure agents are ready to take calls.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Monitor designated email accounts and update attendance notifications.
• Maintain discipline and order in the work environment.
