Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Dispatch and Logistics Coordinator to manage our nationwide delivery operations from a home office. You will coordinate daily dispatches, track shipments in real time, and communicate with drivers, customers, and the operations team to ensure timely deliveries.

This fully remote role requires excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to multitask in a virtual environment.

Formación

• Experience in dispatch or logistics coordination, preferably remote.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with dispatch software and GPS tracking.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet and dedicated home workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate daily dispatch schedules for delivery fleet.
• Track shipments in real-time and update customers and teams.
• Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and resolve issues.
• Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain digital records of dispatch activities and statuses.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams for loading/unloading.
• Monitor driver performance and adherence to schedules.
• Identify logistic challenges and implement solutions.
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers as needed.
