Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments from a home office. The role emphasizes remote collaboration, cross-functional communication, and end-to-end logistics oversight in a global context.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of logistics experience, deep knowledge of transport modes, carrier management, and proficiency with TMS software.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics coordination or freight forwarding.
• Proven remote-work experience with a dedicated home office.
• Strong knowledge of transportation modes and international shipping regulations.
• Proficiency with TMS or similar logistics software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments independently.

Mansioni

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Track shipments in real-time and update stakeholders.
• Negotiate rates and manage carrier relationships.
• Prepare shipping documents like bills of lading and customs forms.
• Resolve logistics issues and exceptions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and policies.
